Charge d'Affaires at the U.S. Embassy Will Arrive Today

Mr. Walter E. Andrusyszyn will arrive in Tallinn today, August 22, to assume the position of Charge d'affaires at the U.S. Embassy. Mr. Andrusyszyn is senior political officer at the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm and will be in residence in Tallinn for the near future, following the recent departure of Ambassador Lawrence P. Taylor.

Walter Andrusyszyn has been Baltic desk officer at the U.S. Department of State. Other previous posts include Berlin and Bonn. Mr. Andrusyszyn is a graduate of New York University and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
