From September 17-19, 2007, Estonia hosted the annual conference of the European Chapter of FBI National Academy Associates in Tallinn, the first time that the conference has been held in Eastern Europe. The conference included remarks by U.S. Ambassador to Estonia Stanley Davis Phillips, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, and Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves. Director Mueller also met with Prime Minister Andrus Ansip during his visit to Estonia.
